The Rapunzel Supplier Portal offers a platform for an optimal communication and cooperation between you, the suppliers and us from Rapunzel Naturkost. 

Due to the actual worldwide situation and a higher risk of possible cyber attacks, we as Rapunzel Naturkost decided to limit the access to our Supplier Portal for the time being. 

You are able to access the Supplier Portal on:
- Monday to Thursday: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. (CET / UTC +2)
- Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. (CET / UTC +2)
- no access on the weekends

Please try to work on the portal during the indicated times. 
As soon as we see a lower risk, we will allow a 24/7 access to the Supplier Portal again. 

Safe connection

To protect your transmitted data in the best possible way, the supplier portal uses SSL/TLS encryption. This can be recognized by the prefix "https://" in the address bar of the browser. All data which are transmitted to the portal cannot be read by third parties thanks to SSL/TLS encryption.

 

 

Note about Cookies

Rapunzel uses cookies to handle sessions. Only in this way is it possible to assign actions reliably to a particular user, establish access rights and guarantee the functionality of the portal. The cookies used are only used for the duration of a session and the only personalized data they receive is an individual session ID that can later be assigned to a registered user as means of verification.
